The Incubator

A platform dedicated to the pursuit of excellence in neonatal care

Created by three NICU docs (Rune, Daphna and Ben), we have launched a series of initiatives aimed at disrupting the status quo in neonatology and improve access to evidence-based practices, create connections within our community and provide frameworks for mental wellness for our colleagues and the families we serve.

Since its inception in 2021, The Incubator has blossomed into a valuable educational resource for the neonatology community, providing accessible insights into rapidly evolving evidence-based practices.

Through our engaging interviews, we've fostered connections among peers, especially in a post-COVID world, while our broad listenership spans across diverse regions. We're excited to announce that 'The Incubator' is now available in multiple languages, furthering our commitment to making evidence accessible to a wider audience.
